to open look at the track lip that the rollers ride on. Check
to see if there is any bumps or digging marks in the track ,
if so you may need a track repair. We have two repairs we
can do depending on th damage and size of the door. First
we have a snap on track cover that works great as long as
it is a small door. Second we have a stainless steel cover
that in most cases we have to use because it is very
durable and can last the life of the door, it replaces your
existing track lip by us cutting the old lip off and bolting the
new cover down. In 99% of most track problems bad
rollers caused the problem so please be prepared to also
replace the rollers.
